Sage Supply, Inc. has been manufacturing ProSpec Asphalt Sealant (Sealcoat) since 2003. Pro-Spec Sealcoat is a mineral-fill, water-based, asphalt emulsion material that is both environmentally friendly and protects your pavement from the ravages of UV and water damage. Our facilities are state-of-the-art, utilizing proprietary automated production techniques to ensure a quality product every time.
We have 2 convenient locations in Twin Falls and Meridian. We also deliver our Pro-Spec Sealcoat to Idaho, Utah, Montana, Oregon, and Washington.

ProSpec Sealcoat is non-toxic, non-carcinogenic and does not contain organic solvents. No hazardous fumes are given off in the curing process.

POLYMER MODIFIED JOINT AND CRACK SEALANT
ProSpec Parking Lot Crack Filler is specially formulated for maximum adhesion. It is able to expand and contract with the full range of daily and annual temperature changes. This allows it to be applied in various regions. This product comes in a direct fire blend and an indirect fire blend. This product can be purchased by the box or by the pallet (priced per pound). It is a must have in your sealcoating arsenal.
We have 2 convenient locations in Meridian and Twin Falls. We also can deliver with our specially designed pallet roller trailer where we can offload with NO forklift needed!
